This Crosstrail has a more sporty feel for quicker riders looking for something a bit ambitious; it's kitted out with suspension forks for when the road turns into a trail for adventure. A smooth-welded A1 Premium Aluminium Frame is used as the foundation of the Sport, it offers a lightweight feel that is strong and durable for any light off-road adventures; it will help build up your confidence on any type of surface without you even noticing so you can take on bigger and better things! If you're using this as a bike then Specialized have given the Sport a SR Suntour fork with 75mm of travel, so if you do find yourself off-road then the light suspension will keep your comfortable and help the bike ride smoothly over bumps. For great stopping ability, the Specialized Crosstrail Sport 2012 has Tektro Draco hydraulic disc brakes with dual pistons so you can stop whatever the road and weather conditions easily whilst still being durable.
To help get your speed up, the Crosstrail Sport has been given Specialized Borough XC Sport 700c tyres, these fast rolling tyres are smooth enough for the road whilst still having enough treat to provide sufficient grip on the off road parts.
