This is a gift card that can be only be used in store at Formby Cycles.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed at Formby Cycles and cannot be accepted online.
- It may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value on the card on payment of the difference.
- If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your printed till receipt.
- If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently returned for a product exchange or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card or a new gift card will be issued.
- This card cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The gift card will be valid for 24 months from the latest transaction.
- Please treat the gift card as cash
- Formby Cycles will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen cards.
- The card is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.
- Formby Cycles reserve the right to amend terms and conditions of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
Our standard delivery service is FREE on orders over £25.00 to mainland UK. We are committed to offering fast and free delivery, whether you're ordering bikes or accessories. Orders will usually take between two and seven working days to arrive. (excluding weekends).

Your delivery may take slightly longer in the following instances:
- Bikes take a little bit longer as we want to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition, and so will take the time to inspect them before delivery.
- The availability of one of your order items may have changed from when you purchased - if this is the case we'll email you to help you find an alternative.
- If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering
- If it is a UK Bank Holiday period.
