At Formby Cycles, we deliver across mainland UK—quickly, reliably, and with care. Whether you're ordering a new electric bike, mountain bike, road bike, kids' bike, or cycling accessories, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
We know you’re eager to get riding—that’s why we work hard to get your order out quickly and smoothly. Whether you're ordering bikes or accessories. Orders usually take between two and seven working days to arrive. (excluding weekends). With stock items dispatched the next day and non stock items dispatched in 2-5 days
- Orders under £50.00 - Delivery charge £5.00
- Orders over £50.00 - Free delivery
- Bikes - Delivery charge £15.00
Small parcels - Royal Mail
Large parcels (Bikes and Bulky Items) - DPD
Very bike we ship is inspected by our Cytech-trained mechanics to ensure it’s ready to roll from the moment it arrives.
While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be a delay if:
- Your order contains a bike (as these are carefully inspected before shipping)
- An item goes out of stock after your order is placed
- It falls during a UK Bank Holiday period
- We’ll always keep you informed of any stock issues or delays—and help you find the right alternative if needed.
