Full suspension mountain bikes have become increasingly popular in recent years. Full suspension bikes are easier to ride, especially if you're just starting out. They are also far more comfortable across a wider range of surfaces. Bumps, rocks and potholes are absorbed by the suspension system instead of your legs, which means you won't tire as quickly and you'll be able to ride faster for longer.
FULL SUSPENSION BIKE
With a rear suspension, the back wheel of your bike remains on the ground when you go over small obstacles, providing better traction. This means that more of the power you apply to the pedals gets transferred to the ground. On technical uphill trails and any kind of downhill trail, full suspension bicycles are faster and easier to control.
