The HOY Pentland 20" is a perfect introduction to geared cycling for children aged 6 to 8 ready to advance their skills. Lightweight and responsive, this bike is engineered to build confidence and perform well on everything from neighborhood trails to weekend off-road excursions.
Weighing only 8.2kg, the Pentland 20" delivers easy handling that enables young riders to navigate with confidence and comfort. Its wide handlebars enhance stability, while the broad treaded tyres offer reliable traction on varied surfaces. The internal cable routing maintains a clean look and minimizes wear, and the disc-specific wheels paired with 160mm disc brakes ensure dependable and consistent stopping performance.
The HOY Pentland 20" Children's Bike features a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain with a 32T chainring and an 11-32T cassette, ensuring seamless shifting and versatility across different terrains. Its 127mm crank arms are tailored to fit younger riders’ leg length and strength, promoting efficient and natural pedaling. The bike is completed with a custom HOY saddle and a quick-release seatpost clamp, allowing easy seat height adjustments as your child grows. Sizing
The 20" HOY Pentland bike is recommended for children aged 6+, with a minimum inside leg measurement of 53.5cm, and a minimum height of 113cm (3'8").
