Bought to replace a 1x11 on-one gravel bike, figured the extra gearing would enable me to use it as a winter road bike too. I really love it. It just laps up miles, a few tweaks, turning the hoods/levers in as the bars are very wide on a medium, I’ll probably cut the steerer as it’s quite high with a ton of spacers and the stack is already quite high so it feels very upright, which is actually very comfortable truth be told.
Wheels roll great, they were going to be upgraded but I will leave them on over winter and see how they go. Tires do a good job on road and canal paths.
My only gripe was I’m having to replace the bartape as it was put on the wrong way. When pushing into the hoods it’s just folded, creased, gone really loose and become full of muck, looks quite beat up even after only two weeks so I don’t want to just re use it.
I’ve four bikes, an Orro gold, the On-One freeranger, a Whyte hardtail and this. It’s easily the most comfortable. The Fizik saddle is soon to be replacing the prologo dimensions on all my other bikes. Really nice!
Rider height 5’9, 30.5” inseam, bought size Medium. Feels perfect.
