The Briton is a 5-speed bicycle offered in traditional Oxford Blue or Oxblood, featuring unique cream tyres. It serves as a refined counterpart to our renowned Britannia model. Inspired by the design of our premier Roadster, the Briton boasts a lighter frame and delivers a smoother, more comfortable riding experience.
Equipped with traditional chainguard and mudguards, this bicycle keeps you looking neat and tidy. Reliable hub brakes and gears deliver consistent performance regardless of weather conditions. Comfort is enhanced by soft cork grips and a handcrafted Brooks aged leather saddle with springs, made just thirty miles from our factory, which adapts to your body for tailored support. Nighttime visibility is guaranteed by a front dynamo headlamp and rear LED light, while a sturdy ‘kick-down’ propstand ensures stable, upright parking.
This bicycle exudes genuine character, ideal for commuting, weekend countryside rides, or a swift trip to your local café. The name ‘Briton’ draws from Iron Age heritage while embodying a contemporary, inclusive spirit, proudly representing our traditional craftsmanship and manufacturing based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Our standard delivery service is FREE on orders over £50.00 to mainland UK. We are committed to offering fast and free delivery, whether you're ordering bikes or accessories. Orders will usually take between two and seven working days to arrive. (excluding weekends).
