The strategic opposed 4-piston configuration minimizes leading effect while promoting even pad wear for precise braking modulation.
The optimized pad-to-rotor spacing minimizes rotor drag potential when riding through challenging muddy terrain. Constructed with a precision-forged monobody calliper architecture that delivers exceptional rigidity while maintaining minimal weight. Features a unidirectional internal fluid pathway for simplified bleeding procedures. Utilizes mineral oil hydraulic medium, offering superior corrosion resistance and reduced toxicity compared to traditional hydraulic brake fluids.
The shim-free mounting system facilitates expedited installation and calibration processes. Optimal performance achieved when paired with Ice Tech Center Lock rotors. Compatible with both resin and sintered compound Ice Tech pads, with the option to upgrade to aluminum radiation fin pads that enhance thermal management by reducing brake surface temperatures by up to 50°C through superior heat dissipation properties.
