Lapierre’s all-new Crosshill CF 2025 arrives with a clear ambition: bring race-level performance to the gravel scene, without forgetting the adventure-ready DNA riders have come to love. Previously available only in aluminium, the Crosshill now gets a full carbon makeover, and it’s immediately clear this isn’t just a frame swap—this is a full rethink.

At the heart of the Crosshill CF is a more aggressive, sportier geometry, with subtle design touches like flexible seat stays built in to smooth out the chatter when things get rough. Lapierre claims a 3% increase in compliance here—small on paper, noticeable on long rides. Up front, carbon handlebars with a 20 mm rise raise the front end just enough to keep things comfy on the bridleway, without sacrificing that get-up-and-go feel on the road.
For riders who value flexibility, there’s a rigid fork option with extra mounting points (two per side), making it suitable for light bikepacking setups. And if comfort is top priority, look for the builds with suspension forks, designed to soak up the bumps and keep you fresher for longer.
Mounting-wise, it’s ready for weekend escapes and big gravel rides—with space for two bottle cages and a top tube bag as standard. It’s not quite built for a month in the Andes, but for UK-style gravel and two-night getaways, it hits a real sweet spot.
Lapierre call it a “performance gravel bike”—and from what we’ve seen, that feels spot on. A bike that’s quick on the road, confident on the trail, and comfortable enough for the long haul.
